Before you proceed
Import only an authorised official student list. Confirm matriculation numbers and names against university records. Registry records are not the same as verified member accounts: account matching and student self-verification are separate steps.
Election eligibility upload only affects existing authenticated accounts already matched to registry records. It does not identify accounts automatically or enable voting by itself.

Select an academic level to view its students and add records for that level. Uploads and individual entries inherit the selected level automatically.

Executive access
Search for an existing student account and select the verified account before assigning office access. The platform uses the selected account behind the scenes; you do not need to copy a technical user ID.

CSV must contain a matric_number column and optionally eligible. Only active, eligible registry records already matched to user accounts will be updated. This does not create or reveal ballots.
